Privacy Policy — “Saba” App

This document explains how the “Saba” app (developer: Saba) collects, uses, and protects your data. By using the app, you agree to this policy.

Who Writes the Content

All notes and reflections in the “Saba” app are written by one person only: the app’s owner. Users cannot write or post notes in the app; they only read what the owner writes.

Data We Collect

• Account data: your email address and display name when you sign in via Google Sign‑In or email/password, through Firebase Authentication.
• Saved verses: the verses you choose to save in the app, stored in Cloud Firestore and linked to your account.
• Notification device token: your device’s FCM token via Firebase Cloud Messaging, used to deliver notifications.
• Usage & diagnostics: general analytics (in‑app interactions and device identifiers) via Firebase / Google Analytics to improve the app.

How We Use Your Data

• Operate the app and let you save and sync the verses you choose across devices.
• Manage your account and sign‑in.
• Send the reminder notifications you enable.
• Analyze performance and improve the experience.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. Data is processed through Google Firebase as our infrastructure provider, under the Firebase Privacy Policy.

Data Security

Your data is transmitted encrypted over a secure connection (HTTPS/TLS) and stored on protected Google Firebase servers.

Deleting Your Data

You can delete your account from Settings in the app at any time. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, you can also contact us at the email below and we will process the request within a reasonable timeframe.

Children

The app is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed to children.
